LastZone — Account Deletion (How to request deletion)

  1. What deletion removes
    When you delete your LastZone account, we permanently remove the following data associated with your account from our production systems:

  • Account credentials (email, user ID)

  • Profile information (username, team name, avatar)

  • Tournament participation records and related metadata

  • Any user-generated content stored in the app/database (e.g., team names, match results)

  • Device identifiers and analytics data associated only with the deleted account (to the extent deletable)

  1. What may remain
    Some information may remain after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, aggregated anonymized analytics that do not identify you, or records kept for fraud prevention). We do not retain personal data longer than necessary.

  2. How to delete your account (in-app)

  • Open the LastZone app.

  • Go to ProfileSettingsDelete Account.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm deletion.
    After confirmation, your account and supported personal data will be removed from our servers.

  1. How to request deletion if you can’t access the app
    If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@lastzoneindia.com with:

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request

  • In the message: your registered email address, username (if known), and a short statement that you request deletion of your LastZone account.
    We will verify your request and complete deletion within 7 business days of verification.

  1. Verification & security
    To protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account (for example, by confirming a code sent to your registered email).

  2. Third-party services
    LastZone uses third-party services (e.g., Firebase) to store and process user data. When we delete your data, we also request deletion from these providers as permitted by their policies. Some residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period until those backups are cycled.
